Terms and Conditions

I - General

  1. Read carefully all the terms and conditions described, before booking our services. Once the payment of the reservation is made, the client accepts the terms and conditions legally.

  2. These terms and conditions apply to all our services.

  3. The content presented on the website, is intended for clients over 18 years of age.

  4. The reservation of any service must be made at least 48 hours before the date and subject to the availability of Oriolus, in order to provide the service.

  5. Reservations will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment.

  6. The reservation will only be effective upon receipt of 30% of the total value of the service intended.

  7. The remaining amount will be paid by the customer directly to Oriolus, before the beginning of the tour.

  8. For bookings of two or more persons, the booking customer will be responsible for the reservation and accept all terms and conditions in place of the others.

  9. Oriolus reserves the right to refuse transportation or abort the service in the case of customers who show up under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and endanger other tour participants. Smoking is prohibited in vehicles used by Oriolus, as well as in forest areas and monuments.

  10. It is expressly forbidden to collect animals and plants during tours.

  11. Oriolus gives no guarantee of sightings of any animal species, once they are wild animals in their natural environment.

  12. On public holidays or for maintenance reasons, monuments may be closed. Oriolus will inform the customer in a timely manner, whenever it has knowledge, and will give an alternative.

II - Risks and Diseases

  1. Oriolus assumes no responsibility in case of illness, injury, allergy, bowel movements or medical treatment that may be required.

  2. Oriolus assumes no responsibility for loss or theft of luggage or equipment during tours.

  3. Customers must carry out travel and health insurance in their origin countries.

  4. Due to adverse weather conditions, the tour itinerary may be changed.

  5. The customer is responsible for any damage caused in accommodation, restaurants, monuments, vehicles and equipment provided by Oriolus.

III - Cancellation and Refund

  1. If the client wishes to cancel the reservation, Oriolus will refund the amount advanced under the following conditions:

– up to 30 days before the date of service, 90% of the value.

– up to 3 to 30 days before, 70% of the value.

– within 2 days before the date of service, no refund will be made.
